Welcome to White Expo! White Exposition handle the details of your trade show production, so you can focus on showcasing your products or services and connecting with your target audience

We appreciate your interest in our exhibitor services. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern the services we provide.

  1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your use of White Expo for the agreed scope of works, you must notify us in writing or by emailing customerservice@whiteexpo.com. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the first build-up day for standard items, or 30 days for bespoke items, you will be charged 100% of the contract value. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including those beyond your control.

  1. Company Property

All property used or supplied by White Expo in connection with the contract is on hire for the duration of the exhibition unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for our property from the time of delivery until its collection. You must insure our property for its full replacement cost and indemnify us against any loss or damage, regardless of cause. You may not assign, re-hire, or part with possession of our property. You must warrant that you own or are authorized by the owner to accept these conditions on their behalf. White Expo is not liable for any loss or damage to your property, however caused, including if resulting from our negligence.

  1. Consequential Loss

White Expo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequential loss arising from our services, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This includes losses that arise directly or indirectly from our performance or non-performance of the contract.

  1. Law and Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the region where the event takes place. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction as specified in the contract or agreement.

  1. Liability to Others

You are liable for and must indemnify White Expo against any claims for injuries sustained by persons and loss of or damage to other persons’ property during the hire period, unless such injury, loss, or damage results from our negligent acts or omissions.

  1. Price

The contract price is based on the prevailing costs at the time of quotation. If there is an increase in costs or a variation in services required up to the completion of the contract, the contract price will be adjusted accordingly. Prices quoted exclude VAT and any other taxes or levies, which are your responsibility.

  1. Payment

You must pay the full invoice value 15 days prior to the exhibition opening date. Failure to make timely payment allows us to terminate the contract and suspend any performance of contract work. We reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 3% above the prevailing base rate for overdue amounts. Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH transfer, or wire transfer. Any other forms of payment will not satisfy your payment obligations under the agreement.

  1. Performance

Orders must be placed in writing. A contract is only created once White Expo accepts your order. We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, strikes, or shortages. If the contract is not completed due to these reasons, you will pay the contract price minus costs not yet expended. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable property with similar quality and performance and may subcontract part or all of the services.

  1. Regulations

You must comply with all regulations imposed by exhibition organizers, promoters, hall owners, or local authorities and obtain any necessary written consents for modifications. You are responsible for informing us of these regulations and indemnifying us against liabilities arising from non-compliance, except where due to our negligence.

  1. Service Disputes

Any disputes regarding our service level or the quality of goods must be reported within 24 hours of the event opening. We cannot accept queries or claims made 7 days after the event’s close. Canceled orders may incur a surcharge up to 100% of the total cost. While we strive to deliver all furniture before the event opens, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  1. Show Postponement

If the event is postponed, we will apply your order and payment to the rescheduled date.
